Most photos work perfectly fine. For the best result, use a photo taken in natural lighting, at eye-level with your pet, without blur. If there's any issue with your photo, we'll contact you directly and ask for an alternative.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. All orders are sent with full tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Q: How long does it take to make my order?
After confirm deisgn, Most custom items take 7 business days to prepare before shipping.
During busy seasons or holidays, production may take a little longer. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Q: Can I return a custom item?
Because each product is made specially from your pet photo, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
